Asi som si nastavoval nizke zataze, ale rozdychal som to prekvapivo v pohode. Nohy takmer bez nasledkov.Celkovo to nebolo zle, az na neustale "hop, hop" a runningy, ale mozno je to len o zvyku. Sam doma na rotopede by som sa tak do toho nepolozil. Vo štvrtok som to chcel rozbehať, ale po 4km začalo pršať jako prasa tak om to zabalil, čo sa nakoniec ukázalo rozumné. Až oklo 21:00, keď dievky pospali...2.11 doobeda 15km pomaly - 6:05/km. Zabehol som najpomalší polmaratón, najpomalšiu desiatku v živote, na maratón som logicky ani nenastúpil.
